Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically. Submitted paper should not exceed 8 single spaced pages, including illustrations. Papers are to be numbered starting from page one. The first page should include the title, author(s) name(s), affiliation, and e-mail(s). It should also include a title, a brief abstract and a set of keywords. Authors are recommended to specify the topic of the paper based on the list of topics provided on the conference website. 

Papers should be submitted electronically as MS Word documents after the creation of an account and login to the system. You can use Help and Support at the top menu of the home page of the ICIT website if you face any technical problems with registration and login. You can also use as an alternative way to contact the conference webmaster.

Each submitted paper will go through a blind* reviewing process by at least three reviewers. Accepted papers will be indexed in 

 1- IEEE Xplore (

 2- Scopus ( 

Extended versions of the conference selected best papers will be evaluated to be published in journals that will be announced later.

*blind peer review: Authors are unaware of the identity of reviewers. There are at least three reviewers for each submitted article.

Each submitted paper will go through plagiarism checking using the crosscheck-IEEE tool.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
